Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women with EFW ? 4kgs.
Women in reproductive age.
Gestational age ? 37 weeks estimated from mother's L.M.P.
Singleton pregnancy and cephalic presentation.

Exclusion criteria: Women with previous uterine scar.
Antepartum hemorrhage.
Cephalopelvic disproportion.
History of previous shoulder dystocia.


Age minimum: 18 Year
Age maximum: 40 Year
