Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -HIV 1 positive male and female patients
-Outpatients
-18 years and above
-no mental impairment
-Medium risk drinkers (8-19 for men and 7-19 for women on the AUDIT screening tool)

Exclusion criteria: -A score of 20 and above on the AUDIT questionnaire
-A score of less than 8 for men and 7 for women on the AUDIT questionnaire
-Pregnant women
-Patients already under alcohol reduction treatment
-Patients with mental impairment


Age minimum: 18 Year
Age maximum: 100 Year
Gender: Both
