Inclusion criteria: Occupational therapists employed by the Western Cape Department of Health
Minimum of a 20-hour working week

Exclusion criteria: Travelling distance greater than 1.5 hours from Cape Town
Leaving the employ of the Department of Health before December 2008
Taking leave during the time of the intervention


Age minimum: 21 Year
Age maximum: 65 Year
Gender: Both
