Inclusion Criteria:

- inpatient rehabilitation in Schön Klinik Berchtesgadener Land

- stable COPD(GOLD severity III and IV with and without respiratory insufficiency)

Exclusion Criteria:

- severe exacerbation in the last four weeks

- acute coronary syndrome

- unability to cooperate
