Inclusion Criteria:
- Single live intrauterine pregnancy
- Good gestational age dating
Exclusion Criteria:
- History of prior cervical procedure such as LEEP, CKC, or cryotherapy
- Maternal or fetal indication for preterm delivery
- Cerclage in place
