Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

- Healthy subjects, 18-75 years of age

Exclusion Criteria:

- Inability to exercise due to musculoskeletal conditions

- Known ischemic cardiovascular disease

- Smoking or tobacco use

- Acute medical conditions

- Active infections

- Pharmacotherapy with known vascular effects
