Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

- renal transplant within last 3 months

- serum phosphorus less than 2.0 mg/dl

- serum creatinine less than 2.0 mg/dl

Exclusion Criteria:

- sensitivity to cinacalcet

- use of amitryptiline, desipramine, itraconazole, ketoconazole

- pregnancy
