Inclusion Criteria:
- Undergraduate students at Wayne State University who have chronic headaches
Exclusion Criteria:
- Insufficiently frequent headaches
- Uninterested in engaging in a stress management intervention
- Headaches appear due to substance use or head trauma

18 Years

60 Years
