Inclusion Criteria:

- Prematurity

- No need for hospital support

- Parents fulfill sociological score

- Cooperation of primary care pediatrician

Exclusion Criteria:

- Active disease

- Need for hospital intervention

- Major congenital malformations

- Chromosomopathies
