Inclusion Criteria:

- Healthy

- Non-diabetic

- Age 18-35 year

- Normal body mass index (BMI 18-25 kg/m2)

Exclusion Criteria:

- Diabetics

- Overweight/obese

- Anemic, with liver, cardiac, renal or thyroid dysfunction
