Inclusion Criteria:

- both-bone forearm fracture

- distal

- undislocated

- age < 16 years

Exclusion Criteria:

- fracture older than 1 week

- no informed consent

- refracture

- open fracture (Gustillo 2 and 3)

- both fractures type torus
