Inclusion Criteria:
- Patients after trans-hiatal esophagectomy
Exclusion Criteria:
- Allergy to erythromycin
- Use of phenothiazine
- QT prolongation
- Liver function test (LFT) abnormalities
- Myasthenia gravis
- Cardiomyopathy
