Inclusion Criteria:

- Juvenile Parkinson's disease (< 45 years)

- Parkin mutation

- Normal brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)

Exclusion Criteria:

- Contraindication to brain MRI

- Women without effective contraception

Age maximum: 80 Years
