Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective thyroidectomy American Society of Anesthesiologist I-II
aged 19-70 yr

Exclusion criteria: Previsou pharyngeal or laryngeal surgery
Previous sore throat, chronic cough
Previous double lumen endotracheal intubation
Previous or anticipated difficult intubation


Age minimum: 19(Year)
Age maximum: 70(Year)
Gender: Both
Health Condition(s) or Problem(s) studied
Symptoms, signs and abnormal clinical and laboratory findings, NEC
Intervention(s)
Procedure/Surgery : During thyroidectomy, the endotracheal cuff pressure is maintained below 25cmH2O with accurate manometer.
