Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a. age 45~80 years
b. patients with smalll vessel disease assessed by on brain MRI at 24~48 months ago

Exclusion criteria: a. No informed consent
b. patient has not measured six or more blood pressure during 24 months
c. patient has a hisotry stroke or coronary artery disease in the past 24 months
d. patient has symptomatic significant cerebral artery stenosis
e. patient has atrial fibrillation on EKG or high risk of cardioembolic source
f. patient had been treated acetylcholine essterase inhibitor or memantine

Age maximum: 80(Year)
