Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Consecutive acute ischemic stroke patients admitted within 7 days with relevant ischemic lesion on diffusion weighted image and vascular information by MRA, CTA or TFCA.

Exclusion criteria: Patient without vascular evalatuion during admission were excluded.
