Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Out patients who visited the clinic assuming that he/she has multiple recurrent symptoms which associated with diverse environmental factors tolerated by the majority of people (WHO/IPCS criteria). Inspected by an experienced doctor.
Exclusion criteria: plan to move/renovate, react to patch test of aromatherapy massage oil

Intervention(s)
Four aromatherapy massages, then control period
For aromatherapy massage, 1:2:2, Melissa officinalis, Juniper communis, Rosemary officinalis ct. cineol in Simmondsia sinensis 1% vol/vol
Control period, then four aromatherapy massages
For aromatherapy massage, 1:2:2, Melissa officinalis, Juniper communis, Rosemary officinalis ct. cineol in Simmondsia sinensis 1% vol/vol
