Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients with juvenile idiopathic arthritis who were treated with MTX in our hospital and with prior written informed consent from patients and/or their parents.
Exclusion criteria: The patient who was judged by physicians as an improper case for enrollment in this study

Efficacy and toxicity of methotrexate in patients with JIA
Secondary Outcome(s)
Subgroup analysis based on (1)time interval between onset and treatment, (2)response to therapy, (3)the level of anti-citrullinated peptide antibodies, and rheumatoid factor.
