Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Born in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College, Yuying Children's Hospital , and admitted to neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) ;
2. Gestational age =32 weeks;
3. No maternal fever during labor (> 38 ?);
4. No major congenital anomalies;
5. Neonatal pediatrician are in the delivery room or operating room to ensure initial recovery and stability;
6. Moderate temperature transport incubator transfer the preterm children to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).

Group A:Warm delivery rooms (24-26 degree);Group B:Conventional temperature in the delivery room (20-23 degree);
