Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

- children =12 years old presenting with Obstructive Anuria and Acute Renal Failure due
to bilateral ureteric stones suitable for ureteroscopy.

Exclusion Criteria:

- Fever, pyonephrosis or sepsis.

- unstable patients are stabilized first by dialysis.
