Inclusion Criteria:

- schizophrenia or schizo-affective disorder

Exclusion Criteria:

- manic episode

- florid positive psychotic symptoms

- catatonic symptoms

- medical concerns for possible damage to patients health by participation in sports
therapy

- patient is aggressive

- patient is suicidal

- epilepsia
