Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

- All patients with prolonged mechanical ventilator support or difficult weaning who
received tracheostomy subsequently.

Exclusion Criteria:

- Parturient

- Patient with upper airway obstruction

- Patients aged < 18 year old

- Patients who join other on going study
