Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

- 40 patients are going to receive complex spine surgery.

Exclusion Criteria:

- Neurologic diseases

- Hepatic or renal impairment

- Uncontrolled hypertension

- Cardiovascular diseases

Age minimum: 16 Years
Age maximum: 75 Years
Gender: Both
