Inclusion Criteria:

- Seen before 30 GA weeks

- Normal karyotype

- Single pregnancy

- Isolated gastroschisis

- No associated disease (maternal)

- Accept randomization and understand the study

Exclusion Criteria:

- Maternal diabetes

- Maternal infection with HIV, hepatitis

- Preexistent oligohydramnios before inclusion
