Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. confirmed stroke patients with CT or MRI results;
2. first episode of stroke or recurrent stroke without neuro-functional disablility;
3. stable condition after stroke and within 6 months of the onset;
4. hemiplegia with FMA index score no less than 60;
5. adults between 35 and 70 years old;
6. blood pressure lower than 160/100 mmHg;
7. the informed consent form signed.

Exclusion criteria: 1. stroke patients received thrombolytic therapy;
2. 6 months after the onset of stroke;
3. cerebral hemorrhage, TIA, SAH or tumber patients;
4. with hemiplegia but FMA index scores <60;
5. recurrent stroke with mRS ranking >=2;
6. unstable patients;
7. other severe diseases such as heart or kidney failure;
8. pregnant or lactating women.
