Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. according to the diagnostic criteria for the knee osteoarthritis;
2. according to the purpose of clinical trials to determine the age range of subjects aged 40 -70 years old;
3. VAS score: VAS more than at leat 4;
4. X line Kellgren-Lawrence classification in patients with stage I-III.

Exclusion criteria: 1. associated with severe cardiovascular patients (such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, severe heart failure), lungs (pulmonary insufficiency such as etc.), liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases;
2. the incidence of those affected joints, such as psoriasis, syphilitic neuropathy, ochronosis, metabolic bone disease, acute trauma;
3. the other suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis and other non-degenerative knee arthritis who;
4. breastfeeding or pregnant women who have a mental illness;
5. 2 weeks received other knee osteoarthritis drug treatment;
6. 1 weeks received anticoagulant therapy;
7. suffering from a knee injury and ulceration of the skin, such as not OK knife treatment;
8. the researchers believe that other reasons were not suitable for clinical trials.
