Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: postmenopausal women who have systolic blood pressure of 120-139 mmHg and /or diastolic blood pressure of 80-89 mmHg for at least two times measuring and recorded in their medical record before entering the study,Being not treated with type of antihypertensive medications,achieved on Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q), communicated by Thai language
Exclusion criteria: Being physical barriers to participate in the intervention or have specific condition such as post surgical operation of breast cancer,getting chronic inflammation at shoulder or arm,Being able to cooperate in the training program less than 80 % of training period.

Intervention(s)
arm swing exercise protocal plus low sodium intake education,cotrol group
arm swing exercise protocol
3-5 day/week, at least 30 mins/day, during 12 week
by determining as Moderate intensity level
plus low sodium intake education ,participants recieved low sodium intake education alone
