Inclusion criteria: patients are older than 18 years and did not had previous lower limb fracture or deformity.
Exclusion criteria: patients are pregnant, unable to stand, impaired perception or neurological deficit.

Age minimum: 18 Years
Age maximum: 100 Years

Health Condition(s) or Problem(s) studied
Patients’ perceptions are difficult to predict. Some patients have the perceptions of LLD that are not correlate with radiographic measurement.

Intervention(s)
measurement of patient’s perception (block test),weight-bearing orthoroentgenography
Active Comparator Device,Active Comparator Device
Patient’s perception was assessed with block test technique. Each 1 millimeter-thickness block was placed under the shorter limb until the patient perceived that both limbs were equal. The total thickness of block in millimeters was interpreted as patient’s perception in LLD. ,The weight-bearing orthoroentgenography was displayed as digital image by the picture archiving and communication system (PACS). In order to obtain a full-length standing radiograph of the lower extremities. The distance between the center of femoral head and the center of tibial plafond was measured. The difference between these measurement of each sides, i.e., limb length discrepancy, was interpreted in millimeters. Positive value meant that the observed limb was longer than the contralateral limb, whereas a negative value meant the opposite.
Primary Outcome(s)
length difference at time of measurement with both methods patient’s perception and weight-bearing orthoroentgenography
Secondary Outcome(s)
length diffence at time of measurement with both methods patient’s perception and pelvic radiography measurement
