Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy patients whose tooth with periapical lesion needs root canal treatment
Exclusion criteria: Patients with systematic diseases or allergic reactions,
Previously root canal treatment performed,
Severe periodontal disease,
The presence of periodontal pockets more than 3 mm in the corresponding tooth.


Age minimum: 18 Years
Age maximum: 65 Years
Gender: Both

lesion healing after root canal treatment

MTA ,Control
MTA will be used as an apical plug and; gutta percha and sealer will be used for obtutation of rest of the canal.,gutta percha and sealer will be used for obturation of the canals.
