Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. use smartphone or computer for 5 hrs/day
2. age 18-32 years
3. have neck, scapula and shoulder pain for 1 month
4. have trigger point on upper trapezius, rhomboid or serratus anterior

Exclusion criteria: 1.have cervical nerve problem
2.have neck injury before program
3.have another intervention before program


Age minimum: 18 Years
Age maximum: 32 Years

10 times/ set,3 set/day,3 day/week for 6 week

They were received Modified scapular exercise 10 times/ set,3 set/day,3 day/week for 6 week
,Received home program for muscle stretching exercise
Modified scapular exercise,Control group
Primary Outcome(s)
neck disability index (NDI) at 6 weeks after end of the program NDI was measured by using neck disability index questionnaire Thai version ,muscle strength (upper trapezius, surratus anterior, rhomboid) at 6 weeks after end of the program were measured by baseline digital gauge functions
Secondary Outcome(s)
pain pressure threshold at 6 weeks after end of the program pain pressure threshold was measured by algometer model: commander brand: JTECH USA
