Inclusion criteria: Healthy and can ride road bike
BW<100kg
Height 150-180cm
no underlying disease, no orhthopedic condition

Exclusion criteria: anyone who has underlying disease or orthopedic condition
can't ride road bicycle
BW>100kg
Height<150 or > 180 cm


Age minimum: 18 Years
Age maximum: 60 Years
Gender: Both

Intervention(s)
each participant rides outdoor and indoor with flexion position and upright position, and slower and faster for 200m. distance for each condition

The difference of spinal force during riding bicycle in different position and power immediate after riding force at the L2 spine
