Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women at the age of 20-60 years who had indications for benign gynecological surgery in Thammasat University Hospital.
Hemodynamic stable.
No cardiovascular disease.

Exclusion criteria: patients with emergency state.
suspected with malignant disease.
received anticoagulant therapy.
patients who need a patient controlled analgesia after surgery.
