Inclusion criteria: All chronic and problematic wounds include: Diabetic wounds, radionecrozis, obezity related wounds, vascular extremity ulcers
Exclusion criteria: Patients WHO not willing to include this study.
Patients WHO don't accept liposuction
Pediatric patients

Age maximum: 90 Years
