Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Sensory Exotropia Patients
- Age >= 18 years old
- Unilateral lateral rectus recession with medial rectus resection surgery

Exclusion criteria: - Paralytic or restrictive strabismus
- ผู้ที่มีโรคทางตาอื่นๆร่วมด้วยในตาข้างที่ดี ที่นอกเหนือจากสายตาผิดปกติ (Refractive error) และสายตาขี้เกียจที่มีระดับการมองเห็นแย่กว่า 20/40
- Previous strabismus surgery
- Additional oblique or vertical rectus muscle surgery
- Follow up < 2 years
