Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - non specific low back pain with or without leg pain
- response to mechanical diagnosis by show the characteristic of centralization
or directional preference



Exclusion criteria: -specific low back pain such as fracture,cancer, cauda equina syndrome
-secondary back pain such as pregnant, nephropathy
-has a history of operative treatment in the area of hip and vertebral
-has a disease which can limit the position or movement in the
step of physical examination and treatment such as cardiovascular
disease, respiratory disease
-negative response with mechanical diagnosis
-participate in the study less than 2 weeks


Age minimum: 18 Years
Age maximum: 65 Years
Gender: Both

Acute, sub-acute and chronic phase of non specific low back pain

Specific direction exercise will specific for individual patient base on the principle of mechanical diagnosis and treatment,Active exercise and passive treatment such as traction, physical agent, electrotherapy will select base on dicision of physical therapist.
