Inclusion criteria: 1.systemic sclerosis from criteria of ACR1980 or ACR/EULAR 2013
2.visit Scleroderma Clinic in Srinagarind Hospital during 1 Jan 2012 until 31 Dec 2014
3.done HRCT chest
4.age not less than 18
Exclusion criteria: 1.systemic sclerosis with overlapping syndrome

Age minimum: 18 Years
Age maximum: 100 Years
Gender: Both
