Inclusion criteria: Older than 20 years old
Patients who are diagnosed as Fuchs endothelial corneal dystrophy.
Family members of FECD patients.
Exclusion criteria: Patients who have history of intraocular surgery.

Age minimum: 20 Years
Age maximum: 100 Years
Gender: Both
