Inclusion criteria: malasma with not currently treat withany methods
Exclusion criteria: bleeding trendency or commence on anticoagulants or thrombolytic drugs, pregnency, uncontrolled hypertension, mental disorders

Age minimum: 18 Years
Age maximum: 60 Years

Facial acupuncture with body acupuncture,Facial acupuncture

Particopants in group 1 (facial and boby acupuncture) will needled at the body region including Qihai (CV6), Xuchai (SP10), Zusanli (ST36), Hegu (LI4), Taichong (LR3), Sanyinjiao (SP6) and facial acupoints around melasma. The needles will removed after 30 minutes in each session. Participants will treated for 2 sessions per week for 8 consecutive weeks.,Participants in group 2 (facialacupuncture) will needled only at facial acupoints around melasma. The needles will removed after 30 minutes in each session. Participants will treated for 2 sessions per week for 8 consecutive weeks.
