The selection of the subjects to constitute the sample of this research was through the dissemination of the study by posters placed in Clinics Align and Space Pilates.
A total of 19 women, mostly Pilates practitioners, participated in the study two years ago. The subjects who were interested and who met the inclusion criteria, performed the Adams test to check for gibbosity, this test consists of an anterior trunk flexion with the upper limbs relaxed, there being no knee flexion, the examiner performs An inspection by the patient's back checking that there is a difference in the height of the lumbar and thoracic region from one side to the other. Those who presented negative test were selected for the research.
After the selection of the subjects, the reading and signing of the Term of Free and Informed Consent were performed. Then, the researcher filled in a table with the name of the participant associated with a sequential code (Ex: P1, P2, P3 ...). This code was used during the process to preserve the identity of the participants and only the researchers have access to the table. Due to the data collection being applied in two different cities, there were two tables, where one was used in the city of Pelotas - RS, which contained the sequential codes of P1 - P10, and the other was used in the city of Uruguaiana - RS, Containing the sequential codes of P11-P19. Afterwards, a Profile Questionnaire was applied for the purpose of recording personal data and information about the Pilates Method practice and guidelines were given regarding the non-performance of other exercise modalities during the period of participation in the research. At the end of this first meeting with the research volunteers, the lottery was carried out to determine the first intervention

Primary Outcome(s)
There will be no difference in the angle of the curvatures of the thoracic and lumbar spine when the session of the Pilates Method is finished with the mobilization of soft tissues through massage balls and wall exercises (the wall), both ways being indicated for the end of the session . Verified by the evaluation of the thoracic and lumbar curvatures through flexicurva
There was no statistically significant difference between the different forms of Pilates Method finalizations for all variables.
Secondary Outcome(s)
The immediate effect on the sensation of body discomfort and pain between the different types of finalizations of the Pilates Method session, verified through the Modified Schechter Scale and the Visual Numerical Scale. It will indicate that the best form of finalization as evaluated by the participants of the research was the mobilization of soft tissue through massage balls and that relief of pain occurred after the session of the Pilates Method
There was no statistically significant difference between the evaluation moments for the postural and algia variables analyzed
