Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Lower third molars included with the same classification according to Pearl & Gregory, in the same patient; agree to TCLE; Be patient at the outpatient clinic of Buco Surgery Maxilo Facial of University Hospital of Brasília.
Exclusion criteria: Lower third molars included with different rankings according to Pearl & Gregory, in the same patient; follow guidelines different from those provided by the researcher.

Extraction of the lower third molar included with use of local anesthetic where each patient is self-control.
Group 1 with 16 patients being anesthetized in the first extraction with lidocaine. In a second moment, three weeks after, extraction of the other inferior wisdom with ropivacaína.

Primary Outcome(s)
Local anesthetic ropivacaine provides better postoperative pain control, which will be measured through VAS. We expect better pain control when we use ropivacaine over lidocaine.
