Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Lower third molars included with the same classification according to Pearl & Gregory, in the same patient; agree to TCLE; Be patient at the outpatient clinic of Buco Surgery Maxilo Facial of University Hospital of Brasília.
Exclusion criteria: Lower third molars included with different rankings according to Pearl & Gregory, in the same patient; follow guidelines different from those provided by the researcher.

Extraction of the lower third molar included with use of local anesthetic where each patient is self-control. Group 1 with 16 patients being anesthetized in the first extraction with lidocaine. Primary Outcome(s)
|
Local anesthetic ropivacaine provides better postoperative pain control, which will be measured through VAS. We expect better pain control when we use ropivacaine over lidocaine.
