Prostate neoplasms
Intervention(s)
Experimental Group
13 men diagnosed with prostate neoplasia participated in 24 functional training classes divided in 12 weeks (twice weekly frequency) with a duration of 60 minutes and moderate intensity (60-76% of maximum heart rate), where functional exercises of Agility, balance, flexibility, endurance, power, coordination and strength.
As classes take place an own academy for the development of functional training; Being 10 minutes of general heating, 10 minutes of specific heating for valency proposed for the training, 30 minutes for the main activity and 10 minutes for the calm return.
The heating and the main part were performed in circuit form, which consists of five exercises, with 8 to 12 repetitions that can be used 1 to 3 times, according to the principle of individuality.

Group control
This group consists of 11 men diagnosed with prostate cancer, is not performed for the practical activity for the control group, only motivational lectures are made about the importance of practicing physical activity biweekly.

Primary Outcome(s)
Improvement of quality of life levels through the practice of functional training, verified in the pre- and post-intervention periods of 12 weeks, by the EORTC QLQ-C30 European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire.
