For the intervention, 50 students will be randomized into two groups: continuous moderate intensity group (ICAM) and high intensity interval group (GIAI).
Intervention with aerobic physical exercises will be performed during 16 weeks, three times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday), during which students are not in class time and always in the same shift of the day. The activities will be carried out in the athletics track of the municipality, with charcoal floor and extension of 400 meters, which is located in the central region of the city.

The training sessions will be divided into three different moments: i) ten minutes of warm-up, in intensity below 70% of HRmax, consisting of five minutes of recreational activities plus five minutes of running education (skipping, hopserlauf, anfersen and kick out ); Ii) 20 to 55 minutes of training, and; Iii) ten minutes of cool down, consisting of five minutes of low intensity walking / jogging below 60% of HRmax and five minutes of static stretching. The training of both groups (GCMI and GIAI) will be organized in four mesocycles of four weeks, divided in two microcycles of two weeks each
For the GIAI group all mesocycles the efforts will be above 90% and the pauses above 70% of the HRmax
The continuous moderate intensity group (GCMI) will train in intensity between 60 and 80% of the HRmax, and the training / session time will start with 20 minutes in the first Microcycle, with five minutes added to each subsequent microcycle, ending the last week with time / 55 minute session

Primary Outcome(s)
We expect positive effects of continuous and moderate intensity continuous training programs on health indicators in schoolchildren verified by means of anthropometric and biochemical evaluations, with statistically different mean values (p <0.05) in all variables evaluated before and after intervention.
Secondary Outcome(s)
It is expected an increase in adherence to the physical activity practice after the intervention with aerobic training in different intensities evaluated through a questionnaire for the practice of physical activity, showing a positive variation of 50% in the total time of weekly physical activity between the Pre and post intervention. .
