Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Volunteers with body fat percentage above 25% and 35%, for men and women, respectively; Age between 18 and 35 years; Insufficiently physically active; non smokers.
Exclusion criteria: Voluntary with arterial hypertension; diabetes; In use of medication that influences the cardiovascular system; With bone or muscle limitation for walking or running.

A group of 20 adult and overweight subjects will participate in 4 experimental sessions (cross-delineation) randomly, separated by 7 to 14 days. Each session will be 10 hours long, starting between 07h00 and 08h00. In all sessions, the volunteers will arrive at the laboratory in a 10-hour fast and will do one of the following sessions: (1) Control, individuals will maintain a high sedentary behavior throughout the session (up to 1,500 steps); (2) Isolated Exercise Session, subjects will do 30 minutes of exercise in the early morning and will maintain the same conditions of the control condition; (3) Active Behavior Session, individuals will do 10 thousand steps throughout the session; (4) Exercise Session Combined with Active Behavior, individuals will do 30 minutes of physical exercise and do 10 thousand steps throughout the session.

Primary Outcome(s)
Improvement of cardiometabolic variables in the sessions with physical activity, when compared to the control session. Cardiometabolic variables will be evaluated by: (i) blood pressure, measured by oscillometric device, measured before and after 1 hour at each meal; (ii) glycemic levels, measured by capillary blood glucose meter, measured before and after 1 hour at each meal; (iii) triglyceride levels, evaluated by portable device with capillary blood and measured at the beginning of each session and 2 times after lunch.
Secondary Outcome(s)
Energy demand difference between sessions, evaluated by continuous heart rate monitoring by cardiofrequency meter.
