Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Caregivers of dementia patients receiving treatment at the psychogeriatric clinic of FNPH, Benin-City.
Caregivers who give informed consent to participate in study.

Exclusion criteria: Caregivers with debilitating medical conditions who may not be stable enough to participate in study.
Caregivers who have been diagnosed of a psychiatric disorder or found to have a mental illness.
Caregivers who do not understand English Language.
