Key inclusion & exclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy women of child-bearing age (18 ¿35years).
2. Women who have not been actively engaging in physical exercise.

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who have a history of spinal pathologies or traumatic back injuries within the past one year.
2. Women who have taken any medications, herbs, or supplements¿particularly anticoagulants, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (such as aspirin, ibuprofen, or naproxen), muscle relaxants, and anticholinergic medications about 2 hours to the trial.
3. Women who have been constantly engaging in trunk loading tasks such carrying of heavy school bags, knap sacks or infants, among others.
