Study design:  Parallel: different groups receive different interventions at same time during study,Randomised,Permuted block randomisation. Block sizes would be equal (4 each containing 2 intervention and 2 controls),Different persons would generate the sequnce from the person to allocate the sequence. It would be handed to the person allocating in sealed opaque envelopes

Nigerian.
Resident in Maiduguri.

Exclusion criteria: Hypertension
pre-eclampsia or eclampsia
Diabetes mellitus
Prior history of per vaginal bleeding in current pregnancy
Pregnancy above 5 months
Multiple pregnancy
