Inclusion Criteria:
- Patient's acceptance,
- American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I-III
- elective orthopedic foot surgery
- general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria:
- Pregnancy
- history of chronic pain therapy
- hypersensitivity to study drugs
- allergy to study drugs
- blood coagulation disorder
- anticoagulant use
