- Study participant in the prior study "Comparing Food and Cash Assistance for
HIV-Positive Men and Women on Antiretroviral Therapy in Tanzania" (NCT01957917)

- Alive and willing to provide written informed consent

- Not currently enrolled in HIV care services

- None
