Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

- family doctor should be qualified as healthy.

- older adults had to have basic fitness

- weekly movement of at least 3 hours

Exclusion Criteria:

- Severe heart problems

- severe demeanor

- alcoholism

- drug problems
