Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

- must be between ages 18 and 75

- must be able to sign informed consent form.

Exclusion Criteria:

- Acute psychotic state

- Hepatitis

- HIV

- Tuberculosis

- Haemophilia and other serious coagulation disorders

- Significant impaired venous access

- Pregnancy
